Virtual StudioFinding group exercise classes that fit your schedule can be tough, right? Well, you've got two separate virtual studios where you can work out whenever it suits you best. The equipment is super easy to use, and our huge class selection has workouts for everyone – pick an old favorite or try something new! Plus, in the stretching room, you'll find virtual classes perfect for recovery, relaxation, and body maintenance.
HYROX is a versatile guided workout without any technically challenging movements, making it suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. The workout combines running, rowing, and functional strength exercises that are familiar to many gym-goers.
Guided workouts are generally 60 minutes long. HYROX training club instructors are trained and professional, leading classes with different themes that vary between endurance, strength, and a competitive atmosphere, among other things.
