 Continuing after the trial period

If you decide to continue as our member, your membership will automatically continue. You can access the center using the app or by picking up a personal access key from our customer service.

 If you want to cancel your membership

If you feel that EasyFit isn't the right choice for you, please remember to cancel your membership during the 7-day trial period. Cancellation is easy:

1. Log in to your customer account via the browser or the EasyFit app.
2. Select “Cancel Membership”.
